Hi, I'm a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University. I'm looking for the state of the art on building saliency maps for images without using training data, i.e. bottom up. Could I please get access to your source code? Thanks. Eakta

Dear, laurent itti My name is Hisato Kawaji and I am studying as a Information Engineering master candidate at IST, the University of Tokyo. My major is image processing and computer vision. I am developing the image-based indoor localization system (paper will appear in a few months) To improve the precision of localization, I'd like to combine your saliency method to our system and try some experiments. My email is: kawaji@hal.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp or hisato.kawaji@gmail.com Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to your reply. Best regard, Hisato

Dear Laurent Itti: Hi, I'm a postgraduate from UESTC of China, I've followed you the procedure and got a username and a password, but I can not connect to ilab.usc.edu to access your source code. Would you like to do me a favor to solve this problem? Thx

Request access to source code

Hi, My name is Michael Penkov. I am a Masters student. I am hoping to use the toolkit to verify the results of an existing paper -- in particular, the application of your saliency map to blur detection in image and video. Ultimately, my goal is to make a contribution to video blur detection. I am fairly new to this topic and access to existing source code would be a significant help in gaining some initial momentum. My contact details are in my forum profile (I can re-send them via private message if you wish). Cheers and regards, Michael

Hi my name is libin and I just started doing my Phd in NUST for pattern recognition in Nanjing, China. I'm interested in attention based vision systems and have read some of your papers. It was very interesting to read them and to see the demos and movies at your homepage! Now I'd like to use your source code to start some tests and experiments on my own. I'd be glad, if you could give me access to the code. My email-adress is lee.nust@gmail.com Best greetings, libin

Hi, My name is Yu Tian. from China. I have read your publications ago. Now I am a graduate student and researching on human-computer interaction, I want to use your algorithm to detect the user's visual attention . So I am making the request to have right to access to the source code as a developer. My email address is: cctiancc@gmail.com Thanks a lot !

Greetings! I am a doctoral student in the Dept. of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT focusing on systems neuroscience. I am mainly interested in the surprise toolbox because I want to model the surprise of a non-human primate observer as a function of time within trials. I'm not a very experienced programmer, although I'm hoping to develop some standardized set of surprising stimuli involving either moving dots or fractals. I'de be happy to share any code that comes from this. Thanks! Azriel Ghadooshahy azriyeti@gmail.com
