Hello,  
 
I'm a master student at University of Waterloo and I'm interested to see whether there is an implementation of DoG filters using integrate-and-fire neurons in the iNVT code.

You have to be a partner with them so most of the closed door source code might not be unobtainable.User exit programs also let you block or filter DDM connection requests.
