Internet.  How does the OGSA compare to the architecture of 
Web services.

2) What features of the OGSA make it suitable as the basis for Grid
infrastructure.

3) Describe the design philosophy used in the Globus toolkit and evaluate
the strengths and weaknesses of this approach.
