1. What legal remedies, if any, should be taken against the companies
that currently facilitate the sharing of copyrighted songs, videos and
software?

2. What technical mechanisms might you propose that would limit the
exchange of copyrighted material while permitting legitimate material
to be freely exchanges?

3. Choose one of the peer-to-peer systems, e.g. KaZaa or Morpheus,
and describe the computing time required to respond to a query?
Can you suggest any improvements that would reduce this time?
